SRJC Petaluma Science Building

Petaluma, CA

Brokaw Design is the architect-of-record for this design-build project with Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc. for a new science classroom building at Santa Rosa Junior College’s Petaluma Campus.

The 4,480 square foot, one-story, steel-framed project includes one chemistry teaching lab and one anthropology classroom, plus adjacent support spaces, an exterior covered canopy, an outdoor classroom and one all-gender toilet.

The building utilizes prefabricated modular wall and roof panels developed by Jeff Luchetti Construction. The system allows for fast and cost-effective construction.
