Brokaw Design designed office renovations at two buildings at Point Mugu Naval Air Station for the U.S. Navy.
At building PM66 the front office is being completely remodeled to include six private offices with an open reception area and support workstations.
At building PM632 the entire north wing is being remodeled to support open office landscape furniture, plus a complete remodel of existing toilet rooms. The proposed design includes removing the existing ceiling and opening the space to expose the wood trusses above, new pendant mounted LED light fixtures and new kitchenette. The south wing will include the replacement of the ceiling, including new light fixtures and mechanical diffusers.
